Terms of Use (EULA)
By using THMax you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.
Service
THMax is an unofficial app for importing progress, organizing multiple villages, reviewing timers, planning upgrades, consulting recommendations and receiving reminders.
THMax does not request your Supercell ID password, control your Clash of Clans account or modify the game.
Accuracy
Costs, dates, recommendations, progress and timers are informational. They may depend on imported data, local rules, events, game updates or incomplete information. Verify important decisions in Clash of Clans.
Permitted use
You must not use THMax for cheating, bots, automation, account sales, API abuse, referral fraud, manipulation of installations or reviews, or actions contrary to Supercell rules, store policies or law.
Premium and subscriptions
Premium only increases the number of active accounts. Every THMax feature remains available in Free within its account limit. Premium does not sell official Supercell content, in-game advantages or Clash of Clans currency.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds, cancellations and billing follow the applicable store policies. Cancelling generally preserves access until the end of the paid period.
On iOS, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.
THMax Gems, points and referrals
THMax Gems, points, trial days, referrals and bonuses are internal THMax features. They are not money, Clash of Clans Gems or crypto-assets; they are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
THMax may adjust, limit, suspend or withdraw rewards affected by fraud, abuse, technical error or breach of these terms.
Account deletion
You can request or complete THMax account deletion from the app or the public Delete account page. Deleting THMax does not automatically cancel an active Apple or Google Play subscription.
Supercell
THMax is not affiliated with, sponsored, approved or endorsed by Supercell. Clash of Clans, Supercell and their trademarks belong to their respective owners.
