Privacy Policy
This policy explains which data THMax processes, why it is used, which providers are involved and how you can request access, correction or deletion.

What THMax does
THMax is an offline-first app for Clash of Clans players. Primary progress is obtained from the JSON exported by the game and stored in local SQLite. If you connect a THMax account, the app may use cloud services for login, capacity, subscriptions, referrals, points, cloud backups and cross-device restoration.
Data we may process
- Email, authentication identifiers and THMax session state.
- Player tags, village names, clan, badges and basic public profile data.
- Imported JSON: levels, walls, troops, spells, heroes, pets, equipment, helpers, timers, boosts and history.
- Active or archived accounts, order, aliases, synchronized settings and cloud backups.
- Random installation/device identifier used to distinguish and reconcile cloud revisions; it is not IDFA and is not used for advertising.
- Subscription status, product, entitlement, store, receipts and events handled by Apple, Google Play and RevenueCat.
- Referrals, points, THMax Gems, capacity bonuses and limited anti-fraud markers.
- Notification preferences and technical records required to schedule them.
- Support messages and reasonable technical data for diagnostics, security and abuse prevention.
Purposes
- Import progress, show village status and plan upgrades.
- Synchronize or restore cloud backups when you use a THMax account.
- Manage capacity, trial, Premium, purchases, restoration and plan changes, and measure aggregate purchase and subscription performance through RevenueCat.
- Manage referrals, points, internal rewards and anti-fraud limits.
- Send notifications configured by the user.
- Provide support, fix errors, secure the service and meet legal obligations.
Providers
THMax may use Supabase for authentication, online database, Edge Functions, cloud backups and security; RevenueCat for subscriptions and entitlements; Apple App Store and Google Play for payments; Expo or operating-system services for notifications; Cloudflare for web, DNS and email; and the official Clash of Clans API through THMax infrastructure when basic data unavailable locally must be completed.
Legal basis
Processing is based on performance of the requested service, consent where applicable, legal obligations related to purchases and billing, and legitimate interests in security, support, abuse prevention and product improvement.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, restore a backup, clear app data or uninstall THMax. When deletion is confirmed in THMax Account, the app deletes online product data and the authentication user.
Some records may be retained when required for purchases, refunds, accounting, security, fraud, legal obligations or prevention of free-trial and referral abuse.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. Email soporte@thmax.app from the address associated with your THMax account.
Children
THMax is not directed to children and is not presented as a children's app. We recommend using it in accordance with the minimum age applicable in each country and with supervision where appropriate.
