Delete THMax account
You can delete your THMax account and associated online data from the app. If you no longer have access, you can request help by email.
From the app
- Open THMax.
- Open Settings.
- Open THMax Account.
- Tap Delete THMax account.
- Confirm the action.
If you cannot access the app
Email us from the address associated with your THMax account and use the subject "Delete THMax account". Do not send passwords or sensitive data.
Contact supportOnline data deleted
- Your THMax account profile and associated product data.
- Your THMax authentication user and online session.
- Cloud backups, snapshots, village links, online preferences and associated capacity.
- Referrals, points, THMax Gems and account bonuses where applicable.
Data that may be retained
We may retain records required for purchases, refunds, accounting, security, fraud, legal obligations or prevention of trial and referral abuse. Local data stored on your device is not deleted by the server; you can remove it by clearing app data or uninstalling THMax.
